Associate Director  Project Manager

Role (Hybrid – North West)

We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director to take on a leadership role within a reputable and forward-thinking and inclusive  organisation. This position focuses on managing and delivering impactful construction projects across the Education, Healthcare, and Custodial sectors.

 Package Details:

  • Salary: £75,000 - £80,000  (negotiable) + Car Allowance: £7,100
  • Bonus: 20%
  • Total Package: Circa £94,000 - £98,000, plus a competitive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead lifecycle asset replacement projects from inception through to successful completion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities to project managers, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting and commercial management.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety, procurement, and operational compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in construction consultancy and JCT contracts.
  • A degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  • Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM), with a proven track record in project management.
  • PFI experience advantage but not essential
