Role Overview:

As an In-Store Promoter, you will be the face of First Home Improvements in retail outlets, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and generating leads for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, work in a retail environment, and have a direct impact on our companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Engage with customers in-store, highlighting the benefits and features of our home improvement products (windows, doors, conservatories).

• Lead Generation: Capture customer information and qualify leads by encouraging them to book consultations with our sales team.

• Brand Representation: Maintain a positive and professional image of the First Home Improvements brand at all times.

• Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with customers, providing product advice and answering any queries they may have.

• Promotional Materials: Set up and maintain engaging product displays and ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and in line with marketing campaigns.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for generating leads and bookings.

• Reporting: Provide regular feedback and updates on your progress and customer interactions to your team leader.

What Were Looking For:

• Outgoing & Personable: Youll be interacting with customers on a daily basis, so a friendly, approachable, and confident personality is essential.

• Sales Driven: Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

• Target-Oriented: Youll be motivated by performance and have the ability to meet lead generation targets.

• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively within a team, but also confident enough to work independently.

• Flexibility: Flexible hours to accommodate varying retail schedules, including weekends and evenings.

• Presentation: Well-presented, with a passion for promoting products and services to potential customers.
