Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage court cases for overdue payments.
  • Sift through extensive data to ensure every case meets legal standards.
  • Liaise with estate agents on behalf of our client, focusing on tenants and backdoor placements.
  • Analyse case timelines-when contracts were signed, days on market, and more.
  • Communicate effectively via email and letters, maintaining internal updates with branches.
  • Collaborate within a team to achieve monthly targets, earning a bonus of £200-£300!
