12.12 p/h for the day role: Monday to Thursday 06:45-16:15
15.15 p/h (inc shift allowance) for the Shift role:
Monday to Thursday 06:00-15:00 / 15:00-24:00 (rotating shift)
Flexibility is needed to work shifts as and when required.
Hours:36 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Our client in Chester is offering an exciting opportunity as a Process Operator.
You'll be responsible for carrying out the production of the manufacturing process on a designated production cell.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Achieving the production targets set for the department on a daily basis
  • Highlighting and communicating faults which may cause production delay
  • Ensuring all operating conditions are correct before commencing manufacture
  • Maintaining accurate records of production, and any other operational data as requested by the Team Leader
  • Ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe at all times
  • Promoting and adhering to the company's system and procedures at all times


Key requirements for applicants:

  • Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing / heavy engineering environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to work
