As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with cost management, procurement, valuations, and project financial control. You will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects, ensuring efficiency and profitability while maintaining the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with cost estimation, tendering, and procurement
Supporting contract administration and project valuations
Conducting material take-offs and cost analysis
Assisting with monthly reporting and financial forecasting
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Supporting senior surveyors in commercial decision-making



What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in roofing, cladding, or faades (preferred but not essential)
A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-related software
A team player with the ability to work independently when required
