The position is for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a large value new build project in Chester, currently in its final stages.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a Senior QS role and be capable of completing interim valuations across multiple sub-contract accounts.
Main contracting experience is essential, as the successful applicant will join an existing team to help finalize accounts.
The role offers an excellent day rate, with the possibility of additional incentives for successfully completing the project.
Candidates should have significant experience in the field, ideally with a background in managing live projects during intense phases.

Freelance Senior QS

Large Value new build project in Chester, which is at the final stages of the projects life cycle. As Senior QS, you will join the existing team to help final account & compelte interim valuations across a number of packages. All procurement is complete at this stage. We are looking for an experienced individual who can help get this scheme finished.

Ideal CV:

Main Contracting QS
Experienced in Senior QS role
Able to complete interim valuations across a number of sub-contract accounts
Someone who is comfortable entering the cut & thrust of a live project, in an intense stage of the programme

Excellent day rate on offer with option to be incentivised to help finish the scheme.
