Job Title: Recoveries Case Handler

Are you a meticulous and driven individual ready to tackle the world of recoveries? Join our client's legal department as a Recoveries Case Handler, and play a crucial role in ensuring justice for unpaid invoices!
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage court cases for overdue payments.
- Sift through extensive data to ensure every case meets legal standards.
- Liaise with estate agents on behalf of our client, focusing on tenants and backdoor placements.
- Analyse case timelines-when contracts were signed, days on market, and more.
- Communicate effectively via email and letters, maintaining internal updates with branches.
- Collaborate within a team to achieve monthly targets, earning a bonus of 200-300!
