An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Chester.

The successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a customer service, sales or hospitality role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team. You must have a stable CV and a genuine desire to work in the property industry. 

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Benefits

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Duties

  • To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant
  • Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
  • Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
  • Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
  • Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
  • Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Experience within a customer service/ hositality background with a stable CV. 
  • Sales/ Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
