Your new companyA busy commercial law firm based in Chester is looking for a Receptionist to join the team, in order to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks. Your new roleAs the first face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.Other duties will include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain office filing systems and keep records up to date
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
  • Use computerised systems for various clerical duties
  • Manage emails and correspondence effectively
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings and in-house events
  • Support staff with general administrative tasks such as diary management

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative, secretarial or receptionist role as well as:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
