In this role, you will be supporting with the resourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members across a range of departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, and more.
Duties will include:
- Supporting up to 20 hiring managers with their recruitment needs
- Creating engaging job adverts based on specified job briefs
- Screening applications and contacting potential candidates
- Conducting interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback
- Managing the onboarding process for new starters
- Contributing to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies

Required skills and experience:
While this role does not require previous recruitment experience, it would suit someone with customer service, account management, or resourcing experience. The successful candidate will need to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
