In this role, you will be supporting with the resourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members across a range of departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, and more.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting up to 20 hiring managers with their recruitment needs
  • Creating engaging job adverts based on specified job briefs
  • Screening applications and contacting potential candidates
  • Conducting interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies

Required skills and experience:
