We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Your role will be varied, and duties will include:

Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors.
Email and telephone marketing campaigns.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Conducting interviews and providing candidates with feedback.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job advertisements, short listing candidates, and arranging interviews.
Assisting senior consultants with business development and client engagement.
Providing an excellent level of service and candidate care.

We look for individuals that have:

Previous experience in a sales role of any shape or form (telesales, field sales, retail sales)
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop within the recruitment field.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A passion for building relationships.
A strong work ethic and drive to meet targets and exceed expectations.
Driving licence and own car.

Working hours Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am- 3.30pm.
