Recruitment Consultant- NHS Nursing
Salary and package: £25,000 - 28,000 basic salary + commission (£35 - £40K OTE) + annual holiday incentive (Ibiza/ Mykonos/ Dubai) + 25 days annual leave + pension scheme + free onsite parking + structured career development and progression.
Job details:
- Working as a framework supplier to various England and Wales NHS trusts to supply nursing and HCA staff into a core group of hospitals.
- Managing relationships with existing nursing staff, building candidate rapport and ensuring that all shifts are completed effectively.
- Liaising with internal bookings and compliance teams in a fast paced and service driven environment.
- Sourcing nurses and HCAs using social media, referrals, job board advertising and searches.
- Updating company CRM systems with all relevant candidate and client details.
Experience required:
- An understanding of the NHS ideally with experience of recruitment or staffing within the organisation. We will also consider applications from healthcare recruiters from a private supply background or other public sector recruiters (e.g. education).
- 1 year + experience of recruitment consultancy or a heavily telephone based customer service role.
- Ability to commute to our client's Chester offices Monday - Friday.
Working hours: Chester based, free onsite parking and nearby transport links. 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 4pm finish on Fridays.
