Recruitment Consultant Chester 

  

Are you an experienced recruiter who wants to jump into a new challenge and desk with a strong client base and become the new face, spearheading our Chester Business Support desk?  

Based across several locations in the Northwest region, you will be responsible in delivering excellent customer service and able to manage multiple tasks at any one time, as this desk is busy and will keep you on your toes! 

 We are now recruiting to grow our Chester Team and add a knowledgeable, talented, driven individual to the team! Our modern City Centre office is looking forward to welcoming you and once onboarded, a hybrid working pattern is available for you as part of our approach to work/life balance. 

As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the attracting and placing of talented individuals into local businesses and organisations as well as forging excellent relationships and developing business with commercial organisations in your area: 

- Writing adverts to attract candidates - Interviewing candidates for roles on behalf of the client’s - Dealing with clients both over the phone and via email - Identifying potential clients to help grow your desk - Marketing / Business development plans to help win business and grow your desk - Building relationships with hiring manager and candidates 

Some of the experience and skills that would be beneficial: 

- Strong phone/ email-based Customer service skills - Account management skills would be a huge benefit - The ability to sell and identify opportunities to grow your business - The ability to juggle equally important tasks and prioritise them - A well organised and structure approach to your work - Good administration skills and familiar with full MS office suit
