Our client is a specialist recruitment agency with a strong reputation in the Manufacturing & Engineering sectors. They are expanding their team and looking for Recruitment Consultants to join their Chester office.

- Sales-driven individuals - you must be confident in building relationships and closing deals
- Ambitious & goal-oriented - we want people who are motivated by success and high earnings
- Hardworking & resilient - recruitment is rewarding, but it takes dedication
- A background in sales & business development is ideal, where you have had to bring on new leads - recruitment experience is not essential!
- Must be local to Chester as this is a full-time office-based role
The Role:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates in the Manufacturing & Engineering sectors
- Developing new business and securing job opportunities
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into the right roles
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs to drive success
