Your Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end temporary recruitment, driving each project with a keen eye for quality and efficiency

• Target Achievement: Work towards ambitious goals and KPIs, ensuring both personal and team success

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, screen, and place top talent in roles that fit their skills and aspirations

• Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies and workforce solutions

About You

• Proven Recruitment Expertise: With a solid background in recruitment, you are skilled in the full recruitment cycle and comfortable using recruitment software

• Exceptional Communicator: Able to connect with candidates and clients alike, you’re a natural at relationship building

• Career-Driven & Resilient: Motivated, resilient, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment

• Driver’s License Required: A valid driving license is essential for client visits
