We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our clients rapidly growing team. They have a global presence in the Farming and agriculture industry and offer a fantastic path for progression within the business.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in sales with 3+ year experience specifically in Food & Beverage Manufacturing/ Farming sales with a strong history of building and consolidating relationships with clients to help assist in growing the client base.

Main Responsibilities:
Support marketing campaigns and report on their outcomes.
Expand and enhance sales across our entire product line.
Grow and manage both new and existing customer accounts.
Foster and sustain positive relationships with all team members, collaborating closely with the field team and other company divisions.
Strengthen and maintain relationships with suppliers, while being recognized for delivering exceptional customer service.
Leverage the Sales and Supply Support functions, including CRM, to their full potential.
Provide high-quality products and practical advice that add value to both customers and suppliers.
Bring innovative ideas to drive sales growth.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Exhibit strong communication skills and possess both agricultural and commercial knowledge.
Have a successful history of working in a sales position.
Be highly driven and motivated.
Excel at building strong business relationships with professional farmers through phone interactions.
Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to work independently.
Thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy achieving goals.
Be proficient in Excel and other office software.
