Accounts Assistant | £28,000-30,000 (part time considered) | Capenhurst, Chester
A small but brilliant company based in Capenhurst is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an established team.
Part of a team of 2, you will as Accounts Assistant be responsible for:
- All financial administration of the business with regard to invoicing, payroll and purchasing
- Processing all payroll tasks a monthly basis for nearly 70 employees, using Sage Payroll
- Supporting sales administration through raising of sales invoices and credit control
- Processing supplier invoices and coding on to Sage
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Online banking and production of monthly payment runs
- Preparing reports for invoicing, stock levels
- Supporting with financial year end audits
We are looking for someone who has:
- Solid experience working in a similar finance role
- Knowledge of payables/receivables and payroll
- Sage experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good team player
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
