Description
The duties of the Finance Assistant include:
- Overseeing the sales ledger function, managing customer credit limits
- Assisting in the collection of overdue invoice payments
- Cash allocations & reconciliations
- Supporting with transactional processing
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update the Sage Accounts system
- Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Handle invoices and expenses claims
