Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging art lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Inspire students to explore their creative potential and develop their artistic skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with the art department and other teaching staff to enhance the school's arts curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students in their learning journey.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching art at secondary school level.
