Academics are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school based in Chester who are committed to providing high-quality education whilst fostering a supportive learning environment for their students and they are currently looking for a qualified Spanish Teacher for a full-time position starting ASAP.

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Spanish Teacher who has a string background in teaching both Spanish and French languages up to GCSE. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the educational development of students and work within a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and interactive Spanish lessons to students of various levels
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and promotes active learning
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements

The successful Spanish Teacher will need to have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
  • Proven experience teaching Spanish and French languages at secondary school level'
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to student success and willingness to go the extra mile to support students learning needs
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one (cost applied)
