Milk Education is excited to partner with a number of primary schools across Chester and Ellesmere Port to recruit passionate and dedicated Intervention Graduate Support Assistants. As we approach the crucial time leading up to KS2 SATs, we are looking for motivated graduates to provide essential support in Maths and English to help students achieve their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

  • Recent graduates with a strong academic background in Maths, English, or related subjects
  • Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred but not essential
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting small groups and individual students with tailored intervention in Maths and English
  • Helping students build confidence and prepare for their KS2 SATs
  • Working closely with teachers to monitor progress and adapt learning strategies
  • Encouraging students to develop their skills and improve their academic performance
