Franchised Motor Dealership
Location: Chester
Salary: £33,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ( hour lunch) + alternate Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

The Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. This role involves working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will have previous Service Advisor experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily service bookings and customer enquiries
- Creating detailed job cards for technicians
- Providing progress updates and explaining technical work to customers
- Selling additional services, including service plans
- Handling invoicing and maintaining accurate records
- General administrative duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- IT proficiency and good organisational skills
