The Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. This role involves working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will have previous Service Advisor experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily service bookings and customer enquiries
  • Creating detailed job cards for technicians
  • Providing progress updates and explaining technical work to customers
  • Selling additional services, including service plans
  • Handling invoicing and maintaining accurate records
  • General administrative duties

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Automotive Service Advisor
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • IT proficiency and good organisational skills
