The Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll report directly to the Maintenance Manager, working side-by-side with production and technical teams to keep our high-tech production lines running smoothly. Your main focus will be preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You'll also contribute to the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in line with production schedules
  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain and improve equipment performance
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer with a passion for engineering excellence and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (ONC/BTEC Level 3) / HNC / ONC etc

Proven experience in engineering and fault-finding within an FMCG environment, preferably the food industry
