Are you an experienced care leader looking for a role that combines creativity, outdoor activities, and therapeutic support?
This provider is hiring a Care Manager to lead their specialist service for children, young people, and adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional or Behavioural Needs.
You’ll be based at our purpose-built site in Chester, featuring modern lodges set in open green space—perfect for sensory engagement and nature-based care. They are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centred support, and a love for working in the outdoors.

Your Role:
- Lead a fun, inclusive, and therapeutic care setting
- Oversee daily operations across five residential lodges
- Support a team of activity-focused care staff
- Ensure high standards in safeguarding, care planning, and positive behaviour support
- Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Create a positive, creative, and person-centred culture
About You:
- Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting (children or young adults)
- Background in activity-based or outdoor therapeutic care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management – Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Passion for outdoor learning, creativity, and child development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
