For over 55 years, our client has provided safe, quality accommodation, along with first class support services to the most vulnerable members of society.
They provide person centred, supported housing across Wirral, Cheshire and Warrington, with a focus on specialist support services to people aged 18 years and over who are at risk of, about to become, or are homeless, and 16 to 21 year old care leavers.
In this role, you will fully utilise an Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Review approach within service delivery-based activities to equip residents with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to enable them to pursue their journey of choice towards living independently, ensuring support networks are available to residents by working in collaboration with partnership agencies.
You will provide housing management support, complete and explain licence agreements, manage rental income, void management and building health and safety.

What will your role look like?
Your key tasks will be:
- To ensure that the services delivered to residents are of the highest quality, by contributing towards project performance against internal and external requirements
- To follow policies and processes within service delivery practice, and contribute to service improvement
- To contribute towards the maintenance and health and safety of Association properties and be compliant with legislation and regulations
- To ensure effective collaboration, underpinned by a clear focus on meeting the needs of individuals, taking an outcome-focused approach, utilising relevant systems and clear lines of communication, and a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities
