- Provide individualised support and care to young people with complex needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Facilitate positive and supportive relationships within the home.
- Promote independence and life skills development.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
We're looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about caring for vulnerable young people.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a genuine desire to support young people to achieve their goals.
- Are flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Are reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
