About the Role:

As an Adults Community Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with adults who may have physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, or other support needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and eligibility for services.

Requirements:
