The Senior Software Engineer role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions. Working alongside developers, business analysts, and testers, you'll lead an agile squad to success while ensuring continuous improvement and a strong team dynamic. You'll mentor junior developers and work closely with other senior leaders to drive the team's technical direction. Key responsibilities include:
- Technical Leadership: Lead an agile squad of developers, guiding them in best practices and high-quality software development.
- Solution Design: Design and implement innovative software solutions using the latest web technologies.
