Prospero Teaching is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant for an Autism specialist school in Chester, starting January 2025.
Candidates should have previous experience working with children and supporting individuals with additional needs.
While up-to-date Safeguarding training is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate.

Prospero Teaching are working with a welcoming school in Chester who are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant.CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS:* Location - Chester * Position - SEN Teaching Assistant.* Start date - January 2025.* Full time/part time - Full time.* Hours - 8:45 - 15:30EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS- Previous experience of working with Children.- Previous experience supporting people with additional needs.- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided).TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

- Hold Right to Work in the UK.- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application. - Provide minimum of two professional references.
