The Role of a Qualified Teacher:
This is an incredibly rewarding role where we master and develop students' skills to ensure they are prepared for life beyond the classroom. As a Qualified Teacher in our specialist provisions, you will play a vital role in providing a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to the needs of our students. You will plan and deliver targeted learning episodes that support the diverse needs of each learner. Additionally, you will track students' progress, ensuring they achieve their full potential by working closely with external teams, parents, and the wider school staff. You will create a stimulating environment that fosters resilience and self-esteem, while also managing behaviour effectively and upholding the highest safeguarding standards.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have Qualified Teachers Status (QTS). The next step is to complete our online application form, which will ask for a 10-year work history and two years of referencing details. To be successful for this role, you will also need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new certificate. All offers are conditional pending the successful completion of these checks.
