ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of a flexible team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and inventories.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked.
  • Undertake any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management team.
