The Financial Onboarding Officer Role:
As a Financial Onboarding Officer, you will be at the heart of the company's operations team in Chester, managing the onboarding process for lending products. Your responsibilities will include performing due diligence checks, managing cases through to completion, and working closely with customers and external partners such as solicitors and valuers. You will ensure the seamless processing of legal documentation and handle customer queries with the highest level of service.
