Salary:£13,333.33- £22,500 (dependant on hours - min of 20hrs per week) Plus Uncapped Commission - OTE £700 - £1200 Per Month

Hours:Between Monday to Saturday - 16:00 - 20:00 week days & Saturday 09:00 - 14:00, you can choose between Monday to Friday or 4 days in the week and every Saturday.

Note:MUST BE ABLE TO DO A MINIMUM OF 20HRS

(Training will be Monday to Friday over 2 weeks to suit your availability)

The duties of aSales Agent are:

  • Contacting existing and lapsed customers to renew their energy contracts, all warm leads (no cold calling).
  • Assessing customer satisfaction with current supplier and switching if necessary.
  • Continually meet and exceed the objectives and targets set.
  • Dealing with customers requests for information and objections.
  • Deliver consistent high levels of customer service.
  • To be able to learn excellent Commercial Utility Sales knowledge, alltraining will be provided. (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband & Water)
  • Excellent Fact Finding Skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Have the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
  • Be able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve targets.
  • Have strong communication skills.

To be considered for this role successful candidates will have the following:

  • Have worked in a customer facing, telephone or office based sales role
  • Have Experience Closing Sales Deals
  • Be target driven and able to provide good customer service
  • Be able to build a basic knowledge of broadband and/or the energy industry following training
  • Happy to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
  • Can build relationships with customer and colleagues alike
  • Be motivated and outgoing to contribute towards team morale
  • Be able to follow GDPR guidelines and always uphold excellent call quality.
