We are working with a Luxury Travel company who are looking to grow their tailor-made team booking sports travel trips for groups around the world. They pay a competitive salary and commission for this Monday to Friday position. Hybrid based between their Chester offices and home.
Sports Travel Specialist Responsibilities
- You will create and convert the sale of bespoke itineraries and tours for both current and future clients.
- You will be responsible for handling enquiries efficiently, maximising sales opportunities
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the brand for sporting events.
- Attend events and seminars to build and nurture relationships with trade partners.
- Proactively seek new opportunities for expanding the sports travel content and products.
- Provide exceptional client service to encourage repeat business.
Sports Travel Specialist Skills Required
- Proven track record in sales, with excellent customer feedback.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience in sports tour destinations and products.
- Driven with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about sports and travel, with a flexible and positive attitude.
