Sonic Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Level PHP Developer to join a dynamic and fast-growing business located in Chester, offering a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office per week.
The salary for this position is competitive and based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with Laravel and PHP, as well as a strong ability to create complex MySQL queries.
Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, taking ownership of web development projects, and contributing to both day-to-day tasks and long-term goals.
Proficiency in a front-end framework like React or Vue, experience with API Restful services, and familiarity with CI/CD integration are also required.

The Candidate:

3 Years experience with Laravel and PHP
Strong ability to create and run complex MySQL queries
Experience creating and implementing API Restful services and integrations
Proficiency in at least one front-end framework (preferably React or Vue)
Experience with CI/CD integration and building (GitHub Actions or Jenkins)
Pre-processing with SCSS
Creating unit tests using PHP Unit & Jest
AWS or Dev-ops experience is desirable
