About the Role:

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles. Your expertisewill not only keep our customers cars running smoothly, but you'll also be leading a smallteam of technicians, sharing your knowledge, and ensuring everyone is working together todelivertop-notch service.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • One Saturday a month: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Key Duties:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance checks.
  • Ensure that all work complies with health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a technician in the automotive industry.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Great communication and teamwork abilities.
