Content Writer/ Bids Support

Are you passionate about writing? Do you have a proven track record of producing engaging and compelling content? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative writer to join a well-established client of ours. You will be part of a large contracts team in securing and winning national and global tenders.

  • The preparation and management of formal bid documentation to be submitted onto various tender portals
  • Working with the management and the business development teams to identify viable bidding opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for all bid/tender-related queries, keeping the team and management informed of developments.
  • Producing standard bid content and knowledge management materials
  • Manage multiple complex bids and tenders simultaneously
  • Deliver professionally written proposals that clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Coordinate and review proposal responses from multiple stakeholders, ensuring they are compelling, consistent, compliant, and clear.
  • Monitor tender notifications, maintain an up-to-date Tender Library, and provide regular reporting on tender status
  • Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and meet high-quality standards.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong written communication skills and proven experience in Bids/Tenders/Content writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strong grasp of English grammar and the ability to write in an engaging and creative manner.
