Senior Management Accountant
Location: Chesterfield (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £55,000

In this role, you’ll oversee financial controls, manage a small team, and take ownership of delivering accurate and insightful financial information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and providing in-depth analysis and commentary.
- Managing customer rebates, vendor funding, and cash flow reporting.
- Supporting year-end audits and delivering commercial financial reports.
- Leading initiatives to improve processes and introduce automation.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
- Experience: A background in management accounting, coupled with an inquisitive mindset and advanced Excel skills.
- Skills: A passion for innovation and a track record of identifying and delivering process improvements. Team management and systems development experience are highly desirable.
