Supply Chain Expediter

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Supply Chain Expediter on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

Main Duties:

Progress orders with suppliers to ensure on time delivery to customers.
Updating orders within the SAP system.
Customer documentation as required.
Inputting customer orders onto SAP.
Placing supplier PO to customer orders.
Present pricing and terms and conditions in accordance with standard procedures
Fulfil requests for product information.
Maintain all customer and prospect files in SAP database.
Identify trends in customer satisfaction.
Manage your time effectively, meet sales targets, and work effectively with other members of the team.
Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management Team.
Dealing with shipping queries and customer issues
