Our client is actively seeking an experienced Sales Administrator, with a can-do attitude to join their long-standing team in Chesterfield. You will be joining a fantastic family business, who provides a positive working culture. Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with previous, new and existing customers via telephone
  • Making outbound calls to promote products and services to existing clients
  • Handling inbound sales calls and leads
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Maintaining CRM systems as appropriate
  • Providing general support to the wider team
  • Accurately inputting sales orders in a timely manner
  • Processing accurate quotes within agreed timescales
Required skills & experience:
  • Good people, administration and timekeeping skills are essential
  • Internal sales administration experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and on own initiative
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Full training will be given but an ability to grasp technical information will be essential
