Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a very well established manufacturing company in their search for a sales administrator. Based in Chesterfield, this is an exceptional opportunity for somebody with sales administration experience from a manufacturing background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Handling customer enquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Managing sales documentation, coordinating with other departments, and assisting with general administrative duties.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM.
- Working closely with the sales team to support their activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
About you:
- Prior sales administration or quotation experience
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 - 3:30. Friday: 7:30 - 1:30
