A Stock and Purchase Controller is required for a key role in the procurement & supply chain department in an esteemed manufacturing company. This role involves the efficient and effective completion of the stock control daily workload, ensuring all responsibilities are managed to a good standard.

Description
- Follow company systems and procedures for stock control and management using Microsoft D365.
- Placing and managing Purchase Orders for stock, consumables and special items as required, including liaising with suppliers.
- Placing and managing orders for the Maintenance and Cleaning Dept's as required, including liaising with suppliers.
- Reporting weekly and monthly balances.
- Achieve all site performance targets to agreed deadlines.
- Ensure PI checks are completed and major variances investigated as per procedures.
- Process daily stock transfers including Production items.
- General administration of stock.
- Assisting in company projects when required.
- Any other work as directed
