Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their well-established independent acoustic consultancy. The firm have been specialising in all aspects of environmental and building acoustics for over 30 years. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects across sectors such as schools, residential, healthcare, and many more.

Acoustic Consultant Requirements:

  • Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Accredited Sound Insulation Tester
  • Member of the Institute of Acoustics (IoA)

Acoustic Consultant Duties:

  • Noise modelling
  • Environmental noise assessment and surveys
  • Room Acoustics
  • Prepare and complete technical reports
  • Liaise with clients regarding project requirements
  • Sound Insulation Testing
  • Site visits
  • Support with business development by preparing proposals
