We’re looking for a talented and driven Case Management & Analytics Developer to join our forward-thinking team in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, optimizing systems, and creating bespoke solutions in a dynamic and professional environment.

In this full-time role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and products while managing and enhancing case management systems, developing meaningful analytics, and driving data-informed decisions. You’ll also enjoy a supportive workplace where your skills and ideas are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management System Development:

  • Develop and maintain the ALB practice management system, including workflows and administration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Manage SQL administration and use JIRA for task tracking and issue resolution.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain SSRS reports to deliver actionable insights.
  • Use advanced SQL skills and tools like Power BI to integrate and analyse data from various sources.

Collaborative Support:

  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure timely service request resolution.
  • Provide support for office applications and legal-focused practice management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with SSRS or Power BI reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10) and Office 365 (desirable).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel to regional offices may be required).
  • GCSE-level qualifications in Maths and English (desirable).
