Key Responsibilities:
Case Management System Development:
- Develop and maintain the ALB practice management system, including workflows and administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Manage SQL administration and use JIRA for task tracking and issue resolution.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and maintain SSRS reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Use advanced SQL skills and tools like Power BI to integrate and analyse data from various sources.
Collaborative Support:
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure timely service request resolution.
- Provide support for office applications and legal-focused practice management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Strong SQL skills and experience with SSRS or Power BI reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10) and Office 365 (desirable).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel to regional offices may be required).
- GCSE-level qualifications in Maths and English (desirable).
