Day to day role is dealing with emails, tracking orders, liaising with supply chain teams, processing returns, processing orders & being first point of contact for customers.
Customer Service Advisor
Inspire Resourcing is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a well known company in Chesterfield. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience to work collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast paced environment
Key Duties:
- Carry our daily checks and act on flagged items
- First point of contact for any queries coming into the business
- Investigate and resolve customer claims
- Issue credit notes as appropriate
- Work closely with the other CSAs to manage workloads
- Liaise with distribution partners to chase delivery times et
- Process customer returns
- Take phone calls and direct to correct area of the business
- Build sustainable relationships by listening and responding to customer needs
- Provide expert knowledge on products and services
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Carry out related task across all customer service functions, when and were needed to support the company business plan.
- Sales order processing
- Preparing bespoke quotations
- To implement, encourage and foster a team culture that is always in the best interest of the company and its employees
