Junior HR Advisor Chesterfield - Onsite with ad-hoc WFH days Permanent & Full Time Up to £35,000 DOE SF Recruitment are working with an expanding SME, who are on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic junior HR professional to join their friendly team. You will work closely with the HR team in delivering an outstanding HR service to the business, making the culture and environment thrive. This is an impactful role where you get involved and oversee all essential HR processes and activities including - people data management, end-end recruitment, payroll reporting and elements of ER. You will also have the opportunity to support on a wide range of projects! Our client is looking for forward thinking candidates who have a real passion for HR, if you are early on in your HR career and want a role where you can grab it with both hands and learn as you grow, this is it! However, it is essential that you have some HR experience already (our client needs a element of the candidate being able to hit the ground running) at administration or advising level.
