Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join an established company specialising in decorative aggregates and surface solutions. This role is all about identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across the UK.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of service delivery.
- Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record in securing new business.
- Knowledge or experience within the aggregates, adhesives, gravel, or resin industries.
- A hunter mentality with excellent networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage a national territory, with flexibility for regular travel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Full UK driving license.
