Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns (including online, print, and in-store promotions) to increase revenue and brand presence.

  • Oversee market research to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to support product launches and ensure market alignment.

  • Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, media, and suppliers, to maximise marketing efforts.

  • Analyse marketing data to assess performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, providing guidance and direction for achieving both short- and long-term goals.

Key Skills:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing initiatives to broader business objectives.

  • Experience in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, and events.

  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and competitive positioning.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, able to interpret data to inform decision-making.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring ROI.

Benefits:

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 30 days of holiday (including bank holidays), office closure during Christmas, monthly staff socials, professional development opportunities, free on-site parking, and staff discounts on all products.
