Senior Digital Marketing Executive

To support continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Location: Chesterfield, Manchester, Birmingham,

Job type: Full time, permanent. 35 hours per week

Salary: £30-35k (depending on experience)

Working model: In-Office / Hybrid remote

About the Role

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running managing digital accounts across Google and Social channels. You will become an integral part of our digital marketing team, working on a huge variety of exciting client accounts, with lots of opportunities for progression as part of our Digital Marketing growth plan.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to CNS Medias reputation, while working in a supportive environment that values creativity, inclusivity, and professional growth.

Highlights of the role

  • Planning, managing and reporting on website & digital marketing campaigns. Key channels will likely be Google & Meta, but TikTok and Spotify are also of interest.
  • Alongside the Senior Digital Account Manager, onboarding and managing new accounts across various platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and development.
  • Using analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for client campaign optimisation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive, creating research to inform new business proposals and supporting the sales team
  • Reporting on website & campaign performance to clients and at times, senior team members.
  • Prioritising own workload.
  • Conducting competitor research.

  • Creating client reassurance and building strong relationships.
  • Servicing existing clients to generate revenue growth.
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Meeting and exceeding team targets.
  • Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities.
  • Being an expert across the ever-changing digital landscape.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience:Minimum of3+ yearsof relevant experience
  • Planning Proficiency:Experience planning or managing campaigns across Google & Meta. (Training can be provided on other channels).
  • Qualifications:Certification in advertising on Google & Meta is desirable, but not essential
  • Time Management:Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advertising Knowledge:An understanding of advertising/media is an advantage.
  • Work ethic:Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing and continuous self learning.
